June 2 Cap and Gown Pick Up and Leave Your Handprint – On Campus
Students who ordered a cap and gown for our in person graduation ceremony, will come to campus to pick these items up and leave their hand print on the graduation tree. Students will be assigned a time by advisor.
June 1-4 Senior Exhibitions - Virtual Event
All seniors will give their exhibition in advisory.
June 7-8 Senior Teach In - Virtual Event
All Seniors will teach and inspire other Gibson Ek students with learning from their Capstone Project.
June 8 Senior Recognition All School Meeting - Virtual Event
All school meeting to honor and appreciate the seniors. Meeting organized by ASB.
June 9 Senior Sunrise, Slideshow, Graduation Rehearsal, and Send Off - On Campus
Seniors will be invited to decorate a vehicle and then arrive to campus before the sunrise. After the sunrise, seniors can enter the main campus for the slideshow presentation, grad practice, and senior send off. Students will be in the commons, socially distanced, wearing masks. After the slideshow, students will leave with a staff send off.
June 10 Class of 2021 Graduation Ceremony! 1:00 PM - On Campus Ceremony
Students are invited to an outdoor ceremony on campus or near campus. Students will be given a limited number of guest tickets (guest ticket #s will vary based on Covid restrictions on June 10). Graduates will be in chairs, masked, and distanced and guests will have marked and distanced seats in a separate area. The ceremony will be 1 hour and will be available for guests to watch from home.
